Morning Exercise Activities for RA Level of Asshofwan Islamic Boarding School
Asshofwan Modern Cottage— To support the growth and development of early childhood and form healthy living habits from an early age, Asshofwan Islamic Boarding School regularly holds activities Morning exercise every week for students at the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) level.
Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan setiap hari [sebutkan hari, misalnya Jumat pagi] di halaman RA dengan semangat dan antusiasme tinggi dari para peserta didik. Anak-anak terlihat begitu ceria mengikuti gerakan instruktur senam yang dibawakan dengan lagu-lagu ceria anak-anak Islami dan edukatif.

Implementation Method
Morning exercise is guided by RA teachers who have been given basic training in children's gymnastics. The gymnastics movements used are also adjusted to the age and motor skills of early childhood children. In addition, this activity is also packaged in a fun way so that children feel happy and are not forced to do it.
After the exercise is finished, the activity is usually continued with breakfast together or thematic learning activities according to the RA curriculum.

This activity received high appreciation from the guardians of the students. They considered that physical activities such as morning exercise were very helpful in increasing the children's enthusiasm for learning and maintaining their physical fitness.
